The JLP Welcomes New Facilitators

The National Capital Region hosted an orientation session for new facilitators in Gatineau, Quebec, from April 3 to 7, 2017. The session was facilitated by the JLP Program Officers, Patrick Dorval (Employer) and Rachel Besharah (Union). The participants were introduced to the Creating a Harassment-Free, Duty to Accommodate and Understanding the Collective Agreement workshop kits.

Participants were thrilled to have taken part in the orientation session. “I am excited to be a part of the JLP community and family.”, “I feel so fortunate to have gained this excellent new skillset.” and “This was the best training in my 14 years with the Government!” were just a couple comments that were shared.

André Paquin and Nathalie Duquette (Regional Field Coordinators) have welcomed a group of 18 facilitators.  These new facilitators are now part of the JLP: Soula Koutras, Eric Rodier, Lynne Eaton, Stacey Cohen, Jean-François Séguin, Chantal Lewis, Julien Ayoub, Janice Lobo-Dale, Karine Brassard, Waheed Khan, Alexandre Pouliotte, Lody Nesrallah, Crystal Day, Annick Levesque, Joanne Cain, Amanda Brazeau, Susan Goulet and Ashley Czuba.
