Registering to an Orientation Session

Sign Up for Your Joint Learning Program Account

This application form will probably take about 20 minutes to complete, but it may be completed over multiple sessions. When you move from screen to screen, or press Save, the information is automatically recorded in the Joint Learning Program (JLP) database.

Once you have completed the application, you must click Submit to notify the JLP that your application is ready to review. When you click Submit, you will receive an email confirmation from the JLP. Please note that an email will also be sent to both your manager and your support contact. This email will describe the JLP and will identify you as an applicant to become a JLP facilitator.

By clicking below you are indicating that you have read this statement in its entirety and that you agree to share your name, work phone number, and primary email address with other JLP facilitators. It is suggested that you use your government email address to create your profile and as your primary email address.

The information you provide on this application will not be shared with your manager or your support contacts. Please ensure that you keep your contact information up-to-date so that the JLP always knows how to get in touch with you.

The applications are reviwed on an ongoing basis. All incomplete applications are automatically deleted after 90 days. If your skills and background match those the JLP is looking for in a facilitator, we will contact you for an interview.

The JLP hopes to meet you at a future Facilitator Orientation Session.
