Webinar: Understanding, Managing and Preventing Workplace Bullying
The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) is hosting workplace webinars on the last Wednesday of every month at noon E.T. The next webinar is titled Understanding, Managing and Preventing Workplace Bullying and will be held on Wednesday, February 24th, 2016, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (EST).
This webinar will help build participants’ understanding about why people bully and how it creates toxic work environments. People who bully Bullies have an impact on fellow employees and the organization as a whole. Participants will learn specific, integrated, and easy-to-implement strategies that address the root causes of workplace bullying. Using the proposed strategies will help create a more respectful, productive, and psychologically healthy work culture.
This webinar will be facilitated in English by Donna Marshall, Co-Founder and CEO of BizLife Solutions.
