A Facilitator Orientation Session in Quebec

February 12 to 16, the Quebec region hosted an orientation session for a new cohort of facilitators. Program Officers Nathalie Duquette (employer) and Catherine Lapierre-Ouellet (union) welcomed 18 participants for a week filled with discovery and learning.

The group learning activities were grounded in the JLP’s experiential approach and allowed participants to hone their facilitation and communication skills. Materials from three JLP in-person workshops were used: Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace, Understanding the Collective Agreement and Respecting Differences/Anti-Discrimination.
