Get Loud for the 65th Annual Mental Health Week

The 65th Annual Mental Health Week is being held from May 2 to 8, 2016. Again this year, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is asking Canadians to GET LOUD for mental health!

Getting loud means speaking up to stop the discrimination and the stigma that usually go hand in hand with mental illness. It means using your voice to raise awareness and build support for someone at work, at home or for yourself.

The louder we all get, the bigger difference we will make. And there’s a lot of difference to be made!

You may also want take this opportunity to GET LOUD and organize a JLP Mental Health at Work workshop.

Check the CMHA’s website for updates, campaign information, resources, positive mental health tips and more.
