Webinar - Mindfulness in Action: Experience Less Stress, More Joy, Peak Performance
The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) is hosting workplace webinars on the last Wednesday of every month at noon. The next webinar is titled Mindfulness in Action: Experience Less Stress, More Joy, Peak Performance and will be held on Wednesday, September 28th, 2016, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (ET).
Mindfulness is an ancient wisdom tradition now proven by neuroscience to improve mental health, reduce stress as well as enhance performance.
At the next MHCC webinar, Dr. Geoff Soloway, a PhD in mindfulness and Co-Founder and Chief Training Officer at MindWell-U, will discuss the science of mindfulness, the evidence base behind it and why it has progressed to the workplace. Miranda Massie, health promotions coordinator at UBC, will also share how mindfulness training had a positive impact in the workplace by building personal resiliency skills for their staff and faculty.
All webinar attendees will be gifted with a complimentary registration for two in MindWell-U’s evidence-based 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge.
