The JLP Welcomes New Facilitators
The National Capital Region (NCR) hosted an orientation session for new facilitators in Ottawa, Ontario, from September 25 to 29, 2017. The session was facilitated by the Angela Léger, Regional Field Coordinator, Atlantic Region (Employer) and Rachel Besharah, Program Officer (Union). The participants were introduced to the Creating a Harassment-Free Workplace, Understanding the Collective Agreement and Respecting Differences/Anti-Discrimination workshop kits.
“This is the most valuable and engaging learning event I’ve participated in, while in government” said participant Paige Reno. Joyce Lyver also shared what a great week it was for her. “I feel well prepared to facilitate anything.”
