The JLP invited to Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s (ISED) Inclusion Symposium

JLP had a booth at ISED’s Inclusion Symposium on November 8. The Symposium’s theme was “Diversity by design—bringing your whole self to work.” It was an opportunity to raise awareness about JLP workshops, particularly the workshop “Respecting Differences / Anti-Discrimination”. More than 200 people took part in the event, including senior officials from various departments.

Many participants were interested in learning more about and understanding the JLP’s mandate. A number of them related that they were encouraged to be able to organize workshops that can contribute to better working relationships and healthier and productive workplaces.

JLP facilitators and employees, Annik Campagna and Chantal Sirois, happy to share the positive impacts of the Program in the federal public service.

Congratulations to ISED for this initiative.
