A new cohort of facilitators for the BC Region
February 24 to 28, Regional Field Coordinators Michael Van Nen (union) and Margot Cutcher (employer) hosted participants in the latest facilitator orientation session in Vancouver.

Program Officers Nathalie Duquette (employer) and Konstantin Kilibarda (union) welcomed prospective facilitators from all over the region for a week of learning and growing together. Participants sharpened their facilitation and group leadership skills using the Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace, Understanding the Collective Agreement, and Duty to Accommodate JLP learning kits.
