The JLP at the CAPE Annual General Meeting

JLP Co-Directors Catherine Gilbert and Roxanne Lépine participated in the CAPE AGM on November 13. The theme of the general meeting was diversity in the workplace.

They took advantage of this fine opportunity to outline the JLP mandate for the 150 participants and host a booth promoting their workshops.

A number of CAPE members expressed interest in becoming facilitators or organizing workshops in their workplaces.

“Participating in, organizing and/or facilitating JLP workshops are a proactive way to help create a healthy, inclusive and respectful work environment,” said Co‑Directors Catherine Gilbert, representing the union, and Roxanne Lépine, representing the employer.
