The NCR welcomes new facilitators
The National Capital Region hosted 15 fresh faces at their orientation session May 6 to 10. Program Officers Nathalie Duquette and Kole Kilibarda welcomed the 14 participants from the NCR as well as one from the Ontario-Nunavut region to the week-long session.
By far the best learning experience I have ever had! Bringing Union and Management together benefits EVERYONE – the employee, employer, union – and therefore the Canadians we serve. Julie Ethier, Employer, DND
Participants were introduced to three of the JLP’s in-person workshops, Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace, Understanding the Collective Agreement and Respecting Differences / Anti Discrimination. The Program Officers were delighted with the quality of important conversations had by and with the participants as well as the emphasis the group put on fun.
